I am reminded of the first radar in MS; a box on a 4 foot pipe post, cable leading to the car set back in a side road, turn out, wide place.
Catch car down at or up at the next intersection.

I was driving an older F8 Ford for Bryan Bros. First or soon payday, I went to the Western Auto store and bought me a radio.
One you just hung under the dash and run a couple of screws up into a clear place.

I had a Wednesday and Saturday AM dedicated West Point to the branch company in B'ham.

I am fixed, good weather, old truck running good, young, had a few dollars and the radio was chanting pure country out loud..

South of town my radio started staticing like I was under a TVA tower power line. Mile or so later, I passed an MHP car taking a shade break on my left.
I trucked on and radio cleared up by the time I turned in to the plant. Further analysis and tests showed the radar to affect my radio.

Best little dual purpose device I ever owned...

Stingrays don't only swim Einstein, but you'll definitely be paid an undisclosed amount of money proof reading everything written on this thread.

Not making this up whatsoever. I usually don't sit in the drivers seat at the truck stop for hours like some drivers, but I was curious to see what might unfold. Once the guy in the cabover left, the Kia followed. I've never seen someone have two separate small screens connected to their center console. Seems like the big wigs are watching him.

hope not dumb twucker Thanks this.
