There is such a thing as negative growth.
Zero and One are hardly reflective of a comeback.
We haven't seen the tanking of commercial paper/property yet. It's brewing as we type, and getting worse. Even many economist are saying...wait for commercial to hit the skids.
While everyone panicked over losing their home. One commercial building foreclosure could mean the loss of dozens of homes, if not 100's.
The term Ghost Mall is being thrown about. We've had one of those since the mid 80's. it looks like we might get a couple more in the next couple of years.
