Road caved in from weight and JERRV fell into sewer under the road.Moments later, call to prayer was going off like bonkers. Welp… better fix this quick! IMG_4183.jpeg

On a 6% bc mountain grade coming downhill in a 2009 cascadia on snow at night ecm failed and I lost all power , no headlights 4 ways etc MY cb worked and I was able to tell the guy behind me he threw his moose lights on and I was able to get into a pull out before air gave out PS don’t take truck out of gear if this happens to you it’s almost impossible to steer if you do .

You had the balls to not bring truck to a complete stop right there when power went off. Many guys would just stop in the middle of mountain grade , put their triangles but without 4 ways that would create more danger. And i bet cell phone had bad reception in mountains and hard to call anybody for help

    Magoo1968 Thanks this.

One fine afternoon several years ago, I was given a random company daycab (equipment assignments would last at most two weeks). It repeatedly slipped out of gear while driving (which I was by then somewhat of an expert at recovering from). I didn't quite understand the severity of the problem with this particular tractor until I ended up docking it crooked with hill power at my second stop (about 160 miles of driving).
