    This isn't my video, but I thought the guy did a good job with the numbers. Conservative, but I think he should be.



    Does anyone know of a spreadsheet like this that you can download. I would ask the guy who made the video except I can't comment on youtube vids, I don't have nor want a google+ page.

    I can't. I don't have a google+ account and don't want one to start one up. If you don't have a google+ page youtube won't allow you to leave comments or messages. It is not a big deal, I can recreate the spread sheet.
