It just doesn't make sense. We need drivers bad, like everyone else, yet, they're turning away drivers! ??? What the hell is going on?

I work an average of 11.5 hours a day, starting at 6am. Most of our late pickups/swapouts are handled by the late starters

I'm a former driver who apparently left in awesome terms and only got a phone interview and never heard back. I got another job anyways which doesn't pays about the same (with the 15% of they gave it back then they'd make more)

underpaid, more concessions, no raises, bad pay, bad management. Just look YRC stock on an investment site. No new equipment, and no cash. Stay away. I was a country club, nice place to work. Dayton freight pays 24.1 at two years, heck the starting pay is more than YRC pay.

no its not! and id be suprised o if your benefits are near as good. and i doubt your road drivers get paid as well. 15% only brings yrc drivers down to non union compensation, with the overall compensation package.....want a better job? ups freight....
