Yrc irving, tx terminal ?'s

I start as a road driver in a week, can anyone that drives here or knows someone that drives here tell me what average mileage a week is for new guys? Is it pretty laid back? How long till insurance benefits kick in? Am i gonna have to drive team for a while or do they let you drive solo? Thanks in advance i really dont like my current job and all i need is $850 take home a week and ill be good.

 

I actually had to quit within a month. I was about to be late on all my bills! The first 2 weeks i worked about 3 days and the last 2 weeks i worked 0 days! Wow what a mistake that was. Good thing is i met a ###### team driver there me and him teamed twice at yrc and became really good friends. Now we're going on 2 months as team drivers for a contractor at FedEx ground out of ft worth and we love it! If we dont get 4,250 miles one week we get a guaranteed minimum pay of $1,100. But if we get over 4,250 miles then we get paid for those extra miles. Cool laid back boss and easy as hell job i cant complain.
