YRC for sure is going to fall I see Roadway drivers on daily basis and they keep believing that they are going to survive this. Ask yourself this question...How many of the trucking companies that have taken a "give back" from their employees have survived? I'll tell you how many ZERO. Just a matter of time before they fall and they are selling off terminals. My company owns eight of them and we are going to open up one in place of YRC in Allentown soon as we fix what needs to be fixed there. In Middletown,CT they are closing that terminal and moving back to Roadway's terminal in Cheshire because they are paying one million dollar a month lease on a building that sits empty. Mind you Roadway just moved out of there this past summer. Decisions like these and many other stupid one's like making you employees give back 15 percent of their pay to save a sinking ship is typical of the Teamsters lining their pockets for as long as they can. After all it was them and higher ups at YRC that told them if they didn't vote the give back through they would close their doors. Drivers went from $23.65 an hour to $19.00 and change. To me that is chump pay. Do your research on companies that have survived here are some that didn't CF,APA,St Johnsbury,Preston,Vallerie Good luck YRC...you're gonna need it

they made it this long they will survive the difference is the others that are gone did nothing to try to stop it yes we are working for lower wages but we still make more than 90% of company drivers out there on the road
