$17 hrly is pathetic but the healthcare makes up for it a little, and then there's the question of how stable the company is.... My question is how long does a driver have to hang at the bottom rate? and does the company play" the 90day wonder walk"? on the drivers trying to make it on the board, we drive for our families

i have gotten around 2000$ worth of dental work so far in 2016 across 5 appointments and i have paid ZERO out of pocket, no copays, no deductible. and zero deducted from my paycheck.
17/hr isnt awesome but it is great when you consider that those other companies arent likely to have a spot for you or you wont have much overtime and are subject to frequent and/or long layoffs due to freight demand. you max out at 22/hr in 3 yrs, outside of LTL you wont see a payrate anywhere near that.Sean_Memphis Thanks this. -
FedEx does better then $17 and $22 and has comparable insurance.

Our out of pocket depends on what's being done. Most preventive care, etc is covered in full. Drivers/employees get a 6% raise every year...so you basically never top out.
