Who did you start with? Either way it doesn;t matter I just wondered who hired the douchebag you got for a trainer.
Keep trying, someone will give you a chance especially out there where your at. Most companies have a hard enough time finding drivers that will go out there without pissing and moaning the whole way. Keep pounding them doors. -

I had prehires from Schneider, CRST, and also Swift. The Schneider recruiter called me as soon as I passed my state testing for my CDL trying to rush me into the next Orientation.
I decided to try and see if I couldnt find my own job - and I found an owner op who needed someone to drive team with him to SD from Chicago 4 days a week, home 3 days every weekend, and the pay is almost 3X what any of those recruiting companies offered me.
My advice, dont get discouraged - and try and find your own job. You may be surprised how many owner ops are looking for a team driver and also will be willing to give a newbie a chance, they may pay you less then an experienced driver but hey - you have to get that experience to make the money. -
Call Watkins Shepard, and ask for Roxy in Recruiting. We've just exspanded our hireing area..
P.S We dont have trainers, if you come here, you get a truck and your on your own...
if you have any ?'s feel free to ask, theres tons of info in the Watkins Shepard Section

Your location makes it a little more difficut.
Freight is just barely beginning to pick up.
Yesterday was friday, about 10,000 drivers got their walking papers or quit on their own.
By Monday morning there will be a driver shrtage !!!!!!
I'd say by monday, after lunch, you should have little problems !!!! -
ya ok.....
