    Running during those hours everyone should stop for a short nap. 20 minutes sleep makes a huge difference since normal persons body temp drops between 1 and 3 causing fatigue.
    My first night runs way back O/O told me, shut the truck off, you wake up shortly,,it was December:D

    18 years night linehaul. One rule has kept me shiny side up. If your tired, stop and sleep. Even a short nap. Screw dispatch. Companies always say “ get lots of sleep”. Life doesn’t work like that. Stop. Sleep. Continue when your comfortable. And don’t stop on the highway. Get on an off ramp.
