    I have a C 15 Accert and am getting 27 code. Can someone tell me what it means

    if memory serves me it is a low coolant code. either the coolant is low or sensor is faulty or bad connection.

    Coolant temp sensor voltage high or low. Could be the sensor or a wiring problem. That is the sensor that is in front of the thermostat housing that is a bugger to get at on an Acert.
