I hauled sand for this company. They still owe me over $3,000 for me training new drivers and waiting to unload at the frac sites. All I was ever given were excuses.

Pros

It's an ok starter company if you want to get in to the oilfield.

Cons

Keep track of everything they owe you. They make you fight for what you're owed.

Poor management, different accounts have different home times, on the commercial side home majority every night, and haul lime, you get paid every week, every Friday, consistent loads but if the company losses an account they may lay you off, if they have no where to place you.
