With A2C Logistics you have as much support or as much freedom as you want or require. It's all up to you and your own work ethic, meaning you can drive a 100 miles a week, or max out your drive clock.They are strictly a spot freight company that pulls loads from any and all load boards available to the trucking industry. You may find and negotiate your own loads and rates directly with the broker, or have one of their experienced and very knowledgeable dispatchers do it for you. Most professional dispatch ream I've ever worked with, the level of communication and respect given to each and every driver in unparalleled. Most important to me is transparency and honesty. I've been leased on to A2C since March of 2019. Never once has there been a mistake on my statement or direct deposit amount. The accounting department is best I've seen in any Industry, and address any concerns you THINK you might have immediately. With any bussiness there are fixed and variable costs, know your expenses, or ask for help and you shall receive it. Have realistic expectations and goals. And they will make sure you achieve them. Personally I have higher standards then most and they have exceeded the time and time again. Bottom line, if you do your part you will be successful because the are no hidden fees, no secrets and no tricks. Fair weekly deductions. Trailer rent options, low cargo insurance rates. I've been with 6 companies in 5 years before A2C. Again I've been here since 2019 and have no intention of leaving because the grass is ### green as it gets here. At the end of the day this is all possible because the leadership (the owners) have high standard , high level of ethics ans never ever lie!!! It's people who make a company great. They are great from the top to the bottom.

Amazing team, professional dispatch, 0 bullshit. At first, I was in doubts as most of what they offered sound unreal, but these guys know what they do and are there for you, totally recommend
