Equipment maintenance seems to only be required paperwork. More than 6,000 miles past p.m. Getting repairs done is a joke. Lead mechanic wants to only fix what he thinks should be repaired. Bailing wire and duct tape mentality. Home everyday, local work. Pay is a joke for the hours working. Most drivers I've talked to will run illegal by not recording all of the on duty not drive time.
