Poor up keep on equipment, all talk, no reality . Not a place to stay long term . Dispatcher Clay is not to be trusted. He will short ya, then tell ya he has been good to you.

Be careful with this company, they show alot of promise and than it is short lived. When something goes wrong they use their "Senior" driver who thinks its ok to go into someone else's truck without approval of driver, RESPECT OTHER PEOPLE. Just be careful with what owner is telling you what your supposed to get. When your having your reset at a truck stop, you will understand some of the promises that are not being made. RETALIATION AND BLACKMAIL MUCH How about we make a deal...you take down the Google review and stop throwing stones for it not working. And I'll leave you amazing remarks on your dac. Or if you want you can throw the stones and I'll leave the truth on your dac about how that truck repair went down. You decide. I'm true to my word as you saw it cost $1,000 to get you home

Thanks for the review Daniel. You wanted a service truck called out to prime your truck. Rather than do that, we sent one of our drivers to help you. He was able to find your truck but you were nowhere to be found. So he primed your truck and got it running for you. After threatening your fellow driver and colleague for starting your truck you threatened to abandon the truck, we paid you to bring it back and paid for your flight home. Best of luck with the next job.

Worst company I have ever worked for... The head mechanic continued to lie about properly fixing equipment.. trucks and trailers were constantly breaking down.. I was constantly broke down on the side of the road. I reported app damaged equipment before leaving on a trip.. head mechanic would lie about fixing equipment . Company would constantly send me out with damaged equipment.. No matter how many times I told the owner or mechanic the problems were ignored.. until the time of completing breaking down on me leaving me stranded on the side of the road ..I also ran illegally the owner was well aware of the problem, he refused to fix the problem... he continued to believe his Head mechanic who was continually lying to him I went out of my way to pick up new contracts for the company making them money... I was also lied too about making more money for pulling doubles. We had a agreement not to pull doubles . Owner lied to me said he would pay me more yet refused to pay until I threatened to quit... I was a local driver who worked 70+ hours a week not getting my 10 hour reset.. not getting my 32 hours of rest . This company new exactly what they were doing.. in my 20+ yes experience as a professional driver I have never seen such disrespectful treatment.. I constantly took pictures of damaged equipment yet the owner tells a different story in order to cover for his poor mechanic what a joke.. the owner was well aware of all mantainence needed for his equipment.. he chose to ignore it.. Loads and money are more important Than safety . I have reported Ag Needs to Utah and Idaho D.O.T..for validation of illegal logs, not taking 10 hours off for rest..

This company puts on a good face and the owner tries to be your friend along with the rest of the office, but it’s short lived. The owner is a great guy and very loyal to his office personnel. Problem with that is when there is a problem it’s always the drivers word versus theirs and they he driver always looses. The maintenance guys are very hard to deal with and are extremely rude with the drivers. They yell at the drivers and cuss the drivers for problems that have been talked about and then it’s just the drivers fault. The pay roll is always there but reimbursements are a pain to get and cause a lot of grief especially if you use a cash advance to pay for company items. They will charge you for the advance even if it’s for the company. They have an extremely hard time with keeping up on their trucks maintenance and don’t care if you are running an unsafe truck and trailer. If you point out the problems and refuse to drive it they send you home unpaid and everything wrong with the truck is the drivers fault

The pay is fair. Home time is extremely easy to get they will let you take a day off whenever needed

Want you to run illegal logs. Poor maintenance. Rude office/ maintenance employees. Hard to get a hold of anyone in the office. Very unorganized. Never have a plan of what’s going on
