This is the worst Trucking company I ever worked for. I worked for him for five months in the end. They never paid me my $1500. They owe me for taking out of my check. I had to contact the department Missouri Department of labor and industries still haven’t been paid.

Dispatch will speak down to the drivers. Owners have no postive words, pure disrespect and can care less about the drivers. You will get miles but expect no support, or communcation. Expect to have your money threaten to be taking away for anything your fault or not... equipment is just really bad. I did nit really notice how bad their equipment was till i left and started someplace else. Overall, STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Alcatraz LLC gets a solid five stars from me. As a driver, I’ve been really impressed with how smoothly everything runs here. The mechanics are fast, skilled, and always keep my equipment dependable. Dispatch treats drivers with respect and communicates clearly, making every load easier. The office staff is organized and always ready to help with anything I need. Overall, it’s been one of the best experiences I’ve had in this industry.

Poorly maintained equipment. The owner refuses to fix. The owner cheaps out on everything. The communication of expectations is horrible. They will try to charge back anything they can. Disorganized in everything. Can't figure out how to do the taxes correct for truck drivers. Avoid at all cost.

They have average miles each week.

Cons

They won't fix equipment unless it move. Even at there own shop. Most trucks have multiple fault codes. Leaks all over the truck they won't fix. No clear communication of expectations. Avoid!!!
