Alcatraz LLC gets a solid five stars from me. As a driver, I’ve been really impressed with how smoothly everything runs here. The mechanics are fast, skilled, and always keep my equipment dependable. Dispatch treats drivers with respect and communicates clearly, making every load easier. The office staff is organized and always ready to help with anything I need. Overall, it’s been one of the best experiences I’ve had in this industry.

Poorly maintained equipment. The owner refuses to fix. The owner cheaps out on everything. The communication of expectations is horrible. They will try to charge back anything they can. Disorganized in everything. Can't figure out how to do the taxes correct for truck drivers. Avoid at all cost.

They have average miles each week.

Cons

They won't fix equipment unless it move. Even at there own shop. Most trucks have multiple fault codes. Leaks all over the truck they won't fix. No clear communication of expectations. Avoid!!!

Went to work for them. They lied to me saying they were gonna start me oat 60 cents a only want to pay me 55 cents. Overall, their crooks. Being I went 1099 I had to get a l l c Never heard of dumb stuff like that
