If I could give a negative star rating I would. This company has no idea how to manage loads and freight. There is no handbook that I was given but they kept my escrow payment for a “break” of company policy. They demanded I drive over my 12 hours and when I refused and stopped anyway, they threatened my job, they call their drivers on their 10 hours break and tell them to get moving, equipment is always broken. As a 1099 contract driver you’re not a company driver but they treat you under forced dispatch. The owner Alex is by far an awful business owner, I do not recommend working for this company.

This company kept my escrow (security deposit) for not giving a two weeks notice. The owner is a control freak who will not even let you take a #### without receiving a phone call asking why you are stopped. I returned their equipment in better condition than I received it. It is against Illinois labor laws to withhold wages no matter how you left the company. I will have to take them to court. DO NOT DRIVE FOR THIS COMPANY!
