Allstate Express Trucking reviews

I want to start by saying we my husband and I were employees of Allstate Express for about 2 years and accumulated an escrow of $2,500. So here is the Good and the Bad: We (Mostly me) like the company starting from management all the way to the mechanics! Hence why we stay so long.. They have some great people in there. They really did make you feel like family. They HAD great communication skills (until we left) and home time was always on point! We had a great dispatchers (Alex & Mario) and Carol and Nino you guys are the heart of that company I have nothing less than good things to say about you guys! With that being said the bad!!.. November 2024 that’s when the late/missing payments started. First was getting pay Monday instead of Friday. Which wasn’t a big deal. Then was a whole 2 weeks with our pay or getting the previous payment the following Friday but not the full amount. December 2024 we went 3 weeks without any payment at all ( the first week of that it was home time) so we waited at home the next 2 weeks for the payments that sum about $6,000. We were in constant communication with our dispatcher about this and he even wasn’t sure about payment either. They were able to (scramble some money) and we agreed to go back to work once they paid Us $5,000 which they did using their other company TUI Trucking, also with promise of bonuses and the reminder of the money owed deposited with the following checks. Next pay date came and we didn’t receive the week of work, nor the money left that was owed or the bonus. We decided at the point to return the truck and leave the company on January 17,2025. The truck was returns to the office clean and in good condition. There wasn’t any damages or repairs needed which is the reason we were expecting our escrow pay $2,500. As of today March 4, 2025 after multiple text, email and calls we haven’t received any payment or communication on regard to the payments. Which accumulated again to about $6,000. So if you got all the way here… We are another proof of the bad reviews this company is receiving.
