The owners are afraid of Amazon and will try to convince you to risk your license in some cases just to satisfy them. In my area, we’re supplied with the cheapest natural gas configuration you can get. They have very poor traction when not maintained in which is majority of the time. What the other drivers are reporting is also true. From the faulty camera system Netradyne to shifty schedules you name it. They will knowingly give you a conflicting block and have the audacity to threaten you, yes even if that means you have not completed a full 10hr break, doesn’t matter. My favorite part, you only consistently make money during Prime days. And that’s if your carrier is ranked high enough to get access to the loads. My advice? If you have more than 2yrs experience, you’re better off anywhere else. For newbies you can definitely learn a lot about what a good trucking company is not.
Cons
Poor equipment/maintenance
They create a toxic “I own you” environment far worse than others you’ve more than likely experienced

If drivers stood together things would change for better. No advancement opportunities poor owners at Amazon's Mercy and doesn't stand up to Amazon afraid of losing contract. Amazon bullies owners. Owners have no real experience and unwilling to learn from drivers of the things we go through on road on daily basis. Working as a truck driver has been a bad experience. I Mean Amazon won't even take time to listen to drivers owners tried to get Amazon to do a Zoom with drivers and they refused. Just poor leadership all the way around. They continue to add more rules and responsibilities but unwilling to pay us more for added responsibilities. I mean walmart FedEx ups all pay alot more then Amazon. They don't Value or appreciate drivers, payproves that they just think they can walk all over drivers. We'll guess they can I mean drivers won't stick together at all but all complain to each other.
Cons
Everything else, micro manage drivers with driver facing camreras. Strictest outfit I've worked for but don't want to pay us a competitive rate.

I was w/M3 Freight Solutions in Las Vegas, everythg they offered when I was hired. They took back after I resigned frm my previous job & signed on there dotted line. Alot of Favortism going on. I broth my hubby w/me, we where planning on Retiring there. The Owner Tyson treated us like Crap, he basically wanted us to help do the Training Supervisor (Victor) & Training Mgr job, becuz We have him 30 & me14yrs. We started with this guy day. He stated u get paid every wk on his Ad for Hire & u get 2-3blocks which he promised he will provide @ hiring. Well the pay period went to every 2wks & he helded our 1st chk for 3wks????. We never got the 3blks. But due to favortism other that came after us hve been getting it. The Bonus u suppose to get M3 Freight-Tyson is always late giving his bonuses. But talking to the other company employees in the yard they got there's 1 month b4 M3. But Tyson is always driving up in a New Car. Don't go to this company. They hve a HUGG TURN OVER, the Owner: Tyson & Victor (Lies). I left but my hubby stayed????. After 1-1/2 they called him into the office for a rise, so basically he drove up $10.00 worth of gas to get there & be offered (25cent)
Cons
Lies, Favortism, Lie, Camera Monitoring u 24/7
