dispatchers are really bad. Never care drivers, no options for the load. just push #### loads to the drivers They cut the load price like 1/3, plus take 12%.

Excellent company to work for. You can stay out 2 months or just two weeks and then have home time.Trucks are mainly 2019 and 2020 Volvos. Dispatchers are great at getting you home when needed and keeping you away from storm weather areas. Two terminals NJ and IL. They have a day caps fleet in each and allow you to drop the loaded trailers to make more money and not lose delivery time.

Pros

Higher than market pay. Home time, and you're treated like family.

Cons

Governed at 67 mph.
