More pay better communication on weekends person on duty over weight loads from shipper driver do pre trip s and stop leaving a truck or trailer that needs repair and doing home time stop other driver from using your truck they leave it nasty

Dispatch needs to get better. Don’t talk to the drivers and let them know what’s going on maintenance needs approved like it used to be.

I love the Volvo we drive, my Dispatch always get me home. It’s never a problem. By the way the pay is excellent never missed the week. My weekly miles is incredible it range from 2500 to 3000 sometime more. If you looking for a job come check us out.
