Worse than heartland express by far. Literally steal your detention and mile pay, worse loads ever, wait, wait and more free waiting.

Truck in the shop almost every to every other week. They nickel and dime employess. Won’t get you home on time.

Top pay in the industry- I get the miles I need and make it home to spend a FULL weekend at home with my family! Great equipment--dispatcher understands my wants/needs and works great with me!

Drivers get miles if you are willing to keep the door shut. I get home consistently when I communicate with my dispatchers.

they take money off the top of their loads to owner ops then also take 20% of that remaining as a way to make their money, they Nickle and dime owners and company drivers and lose drivers and owners over this all the time

nothing even their 401k has no match they are cheap
