Good paying loads, the staff is generally supportive and friendly. The 24/7 support they offer is really relieving as a driver that prefers driving in the night time. Would recommend to anyone looking for small company where they can grow.

Pros

Good team, good loads and support offered.

Cons

I would prefer to have a more versatile fuel card for more stops outside of Loves, TA and Petro

Been here for a while now. Overall, it’s a decent company to drive for. Miles have been fairly consistent, and the pay checks come on time, which is the main thing most drivers care about. Trucks are in decent shape and if something breaks, they usually get it taken care of. Like with most trucking companies, there are still a few things that could be improved. Sometimes communication from dispatch can be a little slow, especially when issues happen on the road, and occasionally the load planning could be better. It’s not a deal breaker, but it’s something that could make the job smoother for drivers. Overall a steady place to run if you just want to drive and make your money.

Pros

Solid miles most weeks and no problems getting paid. Dispatch is respectful and overall, it’s a straightforward place to just drive and do your job.

Cons

Dispatch can be hit or miss depending on the day. Sometimes communication could be better and there are times you might wait a bit for the next load. Nothing unusual for this industry though.

Overall good company, I came on board once I left Super Ego and can honestly say that they are nothing like my previous company. Competitive loads, good support system with Electronic ELD's, Newer trucks and Good team work with the Dispatch team. And for everyone crying in the reviews, please do better, how is it that not everyone is being treated like you are?

Pros

Everything

Cons

I generally take hometime on a weekly basis, however, they want drivers out for 2 weeks minimum.
