Been here for a while now. Overall, it’s a decent company to drive for. Miles have been fairly consistent, and the pay checks come on time, which is the main thing most drivers care about. Trucks are in decent shape and if something breaks, they usually get it taken care of.
Like with most trucking companies, there are still a few things that could be improved. Sometimes communication from dispatch can be a little slow, especially when issues happen on the road, and occasionally the load planning could be better. It’s not a deal breaker, but it’s something that could make the job smoother for drivers.
Overall a steady place to run if you just want to drive and make your money.
Pros
Solid miles most weeks and no problems getting paid. Dispatch is respectful and overall, it’s a straightforward place to just drive and do your job.
Cons
Dispatch can be hit or miss depending on the day. Sometimes communication could be better and there are times you might wait a bit for the next load. Nothing unusual for this industry though.

Overall good company, I came on board once I left Super Ego and can honestly say that they are nothing like my previous company. Competitive loads, good support system with Electronic ELD's, Newer trucks and Good team work with the Dispatch team. And for everyone crying in the reviews, please do better, how is it that not everyone is being treated like you are?
Cons
I generally take hometime on a weekly basis, however, they want drivers out for 2 weeks minimum.

Armada Fright hired me to pickup a truck and trailer in Orlando Florida, and after I recovered the truck and trailer I was told to make other pickups and delivers that was supposed to get me back to their terminal in Ohio. Wel the truck broke down on I81N at 12:30 pm. it took their dispatch 19 hours to get help out to me in 90 degree heat. I was 67 years old and no water. {my fault} then after i had informed my recruiter that I no longer wanted work for them they had the truck towed to a repair facility and had a Uber driver drive me 55 miles away from where the truck was being repaired and another 105 miles away from my home in Maryland. Later i received a email from Armada Fright INC, showing my paystub for $1,123.00. that i have not received to this date 1/17/2026 saying that my earnings is now $123.00 after deductions

Have been with the company for over 2 years and some of these reviews really show how toxic this industry is. A lot of drivers are complaining about the company, but at some point they need to maybe think it is down to them. Pay always on time, no funny business with ELD and the equipment is A1. Not all review are created equal and I can honestly say that I have never had an issue with this company.
Pros
Great comms, good staff and good equipment.
Cons
The current market which is not down to the company.
