People should understand that all shop floors look the same, and shut up because they were straight with me. I don't know what peoples problem with that company. People need to just GTFO

The dispatch and management LIE and BS to avoid giving answers. Famous answer is …… “I will get back to you.”

Terrible management, absolutely no one answers the phone to ask questions. Equipment is absolute junk, except for a handful of new trailers. Dispatch will answer the phone and just hang up without even speaking, if they answer at all. Almost never even send reload information on satellite. One of the worst companies I have ever experienced in 30 plus yrs as a driver. Pay statements were very often wrong, and pay was incorrect by alot not just a few bucks. Very very poorly managed company. I honestly have very little good to say about being a driver for this company, and I honestly don't recommend working here. If your a new driver needing experience, it may be an option, but not a place to stay forever in my opinion.

Good equipment lots of home time but still spend lots of time waiting for loads and not being paid. All drivers should be hourly paid like everyone else at work.
