Allot of lies, no support, and if you are not a yes man then you are let go. No support, and there isn't 24 hour dispatch as they would want you to believe. They've lost most of their customer freight, their trailers are not in great shape, and the dispatchers are given bonuses to run the drivers harder. The higher ups support the dispatcher over the driver.

Andrew is great dispatch jason and maria are frauds along with marshal dont care about there drivers all about themselfs

Do your research!!! Be careful of the positive reviews on this company ART and General (lease on side and brokerage side respectively) Most reviews are at least two years old. Besides, there's a review generated by one company (General) for the other company ART. One owner even claims to be merely an employee in their review. Do your research and you will figure it out. Also, there are reviews generated by people that were at ART or General that are no longer contracted at ART or employed at General. ART & General are reaping what they have sewn. Recently, one owner is out on a podcast complaining about losing $500,000 because of double brokering. Karma for all of their shady practices and disregarding the law when it benefits the them .

Don’t recommend this company they pay the driver 72% of the load and 3% for the so called maintenance account they will nickel and dime you for everything. At the end of the day you are barely making ends meet and your truck and driver is working for free.

They charge way too much for percentage like 28% and 3% for maintenance account which guessing you will never see it.
