Not sure how anyone would give them a good review. Although the owner op side maybe be different. I’m the company side they run Penske rentals and the trucks are horrible. They have a 46% out of service rate. 2 fatal wrecks , 2 recent cell phone tickets for drivers. To have gotten over 20 inspections last month with this few trucks means dot is eyeing them. They lie about everything. Was hired to run Arkansas to east coast and back. Ended up mainly running to Dallas and Houston. Average length of haul was around 500/650 miles. For otr that’s a joke. They will fine you 100$ if bols are not in within 24 hrs, the customers and brokers they use because of their insanity low safety rating are bottom of the barrel. While I didn’t sit I constantly found myself running illegal. In 3 months I was moved to 4 different trucks because ac wasn’t working. Was sold a dream and a bunch of promises when I went to quit. All of which were lies. Was here roughly 6 months. One of the worst carriers I’ve ever seen. Communication was absolutely horrible. Run the other way. Any company that would illegally doc a drivers pay is one to avoid. Don’t believe me, go look at their snapshot.

I have now been here almost 6 months and this the best company I have ever been with in my 22 years of driving. They treat me like family, they get me home when I want, which is every week, and they take care of me. I normally don't review companies for good or bad, but seriously, these people just go out of their way to try and help the drivers. When I was doing orientation I was talking to another driver that had quit them twice because he said he thought he found a better deal and both times he realized what he had given up. I think that says a lot about them. I spoke to the owner on my first day and he said something that has stuck with me. "We are not a perfect company, no company is, but we are a damn good one and every day we try and be better than yesterday." I though to myself what a load of crap, until I'd been here for a bit and seen what he meant myself. I love A.R.T., they are my family and this is my home!

I have been here for about 3 months. I like it. I make damn good money and the people are nice enough. I wish they had home daily runs, and I wish there trailers was brand new, I said that to them and they pointed out my truck was 17 years old lol. Good company and good people, happy to be here.

Been here for about a month, I'm new to being an Owner Operator. They have helped me a lot on figuring things out. If there is a downside to it I'd say it's they don't offer any freight running to California where I have family. I like that they get me home when I ask, they seem to be good people and I have met a lot of happy drivers here.

This is a good company. They could do a few things better. I want to be home every day or other day and they don't have that for Nashville if that's what you are looking for. I make good money and they get me home every couple weeks.
