Got here about 3 months ago and I love it, they have been really good to me and my family. I get through the house a lot and still make great dough. I run the Arkansas to Texas and back reefer stuff, finally getting to see the house every week without going broke! Dispatchers are cool as #### and the shop guys are funny!

Pros

Great company that makes me money and gets me home.

Cons

I wish they had showers at the home office!

Been here for little over a year, probably best company I have worked for in over 30 years. I live in Red Oak, TX and they get me home weekly. Andrew & Marshall are great, they actually care if I make money! They treat me good and seem to know what they are doing. I do wish they had more freight going to New Orleans area where my grandkids live. Safety is cool, and accounting takes good care of me as well.

Pros

Great people that treat you with respect and make you money!

Cons

Not a huge trailer pool and not much freight to NOLA.

ART is a true family run conpany that treats you like family. They have good work life balance and run consistent freight lanes. As an owmer operator I was well pleased with every aspect of the operation

Pros

Consistent miles, good rates, and sufficient work/life balance

Cons

Only con I have is terminal lacks shower facilities

Most money I've ever made at a company, they are very pro driver, wish I would have found them years ago. I get home and see my family and I'm treated with respect! If there is a downside, it's that they only have one terminal.

Pros

They treat me well and like I'm part of the family! The owners are some of the best people I have ever worked with.

Cons

There is not one, but I wish they had more terminals in the East Coast.

I have been here for a little over a year and a half and love it. The people here are super nice, if I could change anything, I wish they had more Denver, CO area runs. Seem to know what they are doing and have always treated me well, I see some bad comments on here, I haven't seen that since I've been here at least.

Pros

Supportive, they have had my back on break downs and some other issues, so I love it.

Cons

Lack of NW freight, but it's not to much of a con.
