The APU is not working again so if you are going to need a hotel save up some money . They also take pictures of your truck if you are shutting down at the HQ.

Pros

Cons

Shanell is rude and disrespectful, if she doesn't have it her way there is a problem , and stay to yourself, keep how you feel about the company to yourself because you have a snitch

Basically left me stranded in the middle of nowhere. Had to practically beg them to get me a hotel. Won't give you miles. Communication is terrible. It's basically a Trucking ponze scheme. Your just a number believe me soon as you see the bs and leave they have 10 more ready to take your place. Red flag soon as you get to orientation that same day they make you sleep in the truck. So you there cheap. God forbid you get a break down..You will be stuck for days.

The whole company is a con.

This company is rotten. The people in dispatch are generally nice, easy to work with, but the company steals from employees. Was not an owner operator, yet they charge me thousands of dollars for issues with their crappy Penske truck. If any little thing breaks, they blame the driver and charge for it. They're even trying to collect a 259 dollar clean up fee, even though the truck I was issued was a hazmat site due to the previous driver becoming extremely ill in it, and penskes not doing anything to clean or sanitize it.

Pros

It's a job

Cons

Extremely dishonest.

This company is a real joke, they are really nice when you first get in the door, recruiting and front office. But after that, no. Dispatchers are rude they don't like to answer their phones, but you better answer when they call you, or you will get a call from safety. Their trailers are trash, and their trucks are worse. I have had so many break downs and no one seems to know how to fix, and I can 't get another truck. You can't pick your own load, they assign you loads, it's more or less all forced dispatch. They don't pay you for down time, even though it wasn't your fault that the company didn't unload the truck. Than you miss another load. Their pay rate is a real joke. I have been an owner operator for so long that I have never gotten loads this cheap. Most loads they offer don't even pay the fuel cost to run them. Found out that they only pay you half of what the load accually pays. Because they take their half off the top, most companies only take 10 to 20 percent off the top for owner operators, but not these guys, they take half. Than out of your half your paying 10 different insurance things (trailer, truck, and a bunch of other weird ones). Than they take off so many cents per mile for truck payments and trailer rent. They don't pay you for the actually miles that you do run, they run the miles through google and that is the miles they pay you for. I wouldn't give this company a star for anything. They are one of the worst companies that I have ever worked for. So if your searching for a new company to work for, DO NOT GO HERE!!!!

All of it, the company is a joke.

Driver managers call you constantly yet will never answer the phone when the drivers call.Dispatchers and Manager's are all unprofessional when answering the phone. Never asking you for a truck number they just pick up and say " yea" I literally had to ask a few times if it was the right number lol the company is a joke. Pay is poor, trucks are trash, my truck broke down the same day out of orientation and 4 more times afterwards. Smh. I finally had enough after it broke down during home time. I took it to a Penske nearby and cleaned out my truck and told them i was gonna return the truck and quit after it got fixed. But the mechanics told me that they couldn't fix it, but that they could temporarily fix it. So i told Artur i didn't feel safe driving it back to MO. They called and said i was fired. Lol after i told them i quit haha who cares.

Pros

Orientation was great! Every one is nice then lol!

Cons

Poor pay, trash trucks, rude unprofessional management. Constantly get loads going back to MO. They rarely send you south east. Benefits are a joke, and expensive. The load board shows like 4 states and mostly MO because they love keeping you trapped in MO.
