This place has never had an honest review. Do not do the lease or lease purchase unless you want to end up homeless. I was with them only two months and my first two checks were 1, 000 the rest were only 400-500 before taxes. They lie to you from the beginning by not telling you that they take out 150 dollars a week for 6 months. This is of course on top of your fuel, truck payment and all other fixed cost. This is supposed to be a deposit. The web page says drivers make up to 1,900 a week. Thats complete BS, more like four or five hundred a week average!!!!They tell you they have a loadboard and you can run whatever location you choose. The loadboard is a joke!!!!Loads on the board are never accurate so you end up having to rely on them finding you loads. They are calling you twice a day even on these short 500 mile load runs to ask you if your on time. They can just track your truck instead of calling you. They are always spying on you with the inward truck cameras. Most of the drivers I have talked to working at Artur have no home and live in their truck. This place is just like Super Ego holding that have office personal write up fake reviews. This place is a predatorial company.Just like super eagle holding. Only difference is they are polish instead of russian. They have two classes a week bringing in drivers because they cannot keep anyone. If you are a seasonal driver, I would pass this place up in a heartbeat or you will end up homeless.

You will constantly lose money. Dispatch will have you do a reset if you have 14 hours of drive time, stating they don't have any loads short enough for you to drive. Even though you've wasted 3 hours of sitting for them to tell you that. So in reality you really had 17 hours of drive time. They will have you sitting for hours for a load to make your clock decrease so they don't have to give you a load because they really don't have any loads. I've talked to my driver success team, they're great at communicating. I inform them that I would like to drive 3000+ miles. You will hardly drive 3000 miles. To make a real pay check you'll have to use quick pay. A process that is basically scheme to drivers. Process contains you having to pay them to get an advance on your next week miles that you have driven added onto your check. This is why they don't give you the high miles that you ask to drive. They want you to constantly use this system to fatten their own wallets because you'll have to pay to use this scheme. I would definitely not recommend this company
Pros
They get you home on time for the most part
Cons
Not enough miles, quick pay scheme and pay sucks

I get great miles 2500-3000 a week as a company driver. Pay scale by driver’s score at the end of the month. Never had truck to breakdown. Get detention pay if loading over 2hrs. Do get maintenance layover pay. Never waiting for loads. Very good about getting me home the time I request. Never had an issue with my pay. Pays extra for no toll roads and extra 3cpm for northeastern state runs(ex: PA, VA, WV, NJ, MA), I haul both live loads and drop and hooks OTR.
Pros
My experience been great thus this far. Been here 1yr.
Cons
I’ve had to get use to 3 new dispatchers within a few months the only thing I dislike so far.

Wanted to be an owner operator. Continually told stories and given excuses delaying what I requested. Ultimately had 1 guy tell me I don't want to be an owner operator. Many times was sitting too much and not getting anywhere near what they advertise for pay. The pay they brag about is from owner operators. The company drivers average around $1100-1400 weekly, when not going home.
Pros
Nice set up for drivers at the home office.
Cons
Too many people in charge that think they are better than the drivers. Avoiding tolls.

Drivers beware, they don't pay layover and you will layover 2-3 days a week, 90% of their loads are broker loads, long dock times,no breakdown pay,no reimbursement, $25 a week pet policy non refundable, truck damage escrow $750 you won't get back, drivers p ay tow truck bills, minor incidents drivers pay, trust me they are not the truckers company!!! Not even close... trust in what I say,I'm a 26 yr veteran and never seen anything like this company taking drivers pay! Run
