Can't give them a star if I could I'd shove my foot up their ### lying cheaters, it started good until they bought it from Wilson and they starved me out at the last 50,000 miles to finish my lease. Needed 395000 miles to finish my lease, had 345,000 and I did this in 3 yrs instead of 5 yrs. F them hope your furniture company fails.
No business in the OTR business.
Also the Portland Oregon terminal is permanently closed, what happened ?
Skipped town owing people money ??
Also the Dot alongside the IRS needs to look into this company. They don't break down your payments, they just give the Total pay without including the payments they take out for maintenance costs permits insurance PMs tires escrow none of these things are listed as deductions from pay it just shows so and so made 195000 Dollars for the year but doesn't say they were paying 1000 dollars a week just in leasing the truck and all of the other owner expenses, sounds to me that they might be in the tax evasion business ??
The department of revenue has the same information I have and nothing is itemized to exactly what I was paid and what they had taken out from the money that they claim I made for the year. They can't claim that someone made 100,000 dollars a year if they've taken 60,000 dollars just in truck payments. And that's not including the rest of the money that they took out for the rest of the crap, so out of that 100,000 dollars you might end up with 30,000 or possibly 20,000. Not very good pay
Pros
Nothing about them is a pro
Cons
They shouldn't be in the OTR business
I liked my dispatchers but if they wanted or needed to keep their job, they couldn't say anything, even when the company was screwing you over
This site forces you to add a star before it lets you leave a comment.
How much is Ashley Pacific Northwest paying you to force a star out of people ????? If you want to be honest put a star with a negative sign in front of the star

Worked for them for 1 years 6m and it was the worst experience I have ever had, poor management, worse planners, horrible equipment, missed holidays, missed home time, violated vacation request, tried to violate rights.
Pros
Once had decent dispatchers.
Cons
If it could go wrong they made sure you experienced it everyday

Very poorly managed and low paying no matter how much clean driving experience you have. It's just like all the other bad companies that lie to you to get you in and nothing is what you were told or promised. No one to ever pick up the phone when you need help. The checks are very very shady and the per diem is wrong . All the guys in my orientation kept in contact and all had bad bad issues first week out like no one's truck being ready for a week or more all of us where at a different company within 2 months oh and breakdown pay is 75 bucks a day so you start out behind with these guys . No advances either so no help there and if you think you don't have to fight for every cent of your money . Think again, they have no payroll department no human you can call or talk to when your check is wrong . You won't get money that's owed to you .Only an email that no one ever answers . If your okay with low pay and having your money being funny on payday, try em out . They know your coming 2 weeks before orientation and then when they send you to your truck you'll find out your basically on your own with a super aged omnitracs system to communicate. The mechanics showed me 4 different trucks my original was in shop status and they told me no one should have been assigned this truck yet. I got to pick from bad to worse of the 4 .I took the Peterbilt 579 ultraloft the other 3 were freightshakers all in horrible condition missing skirts and fairings all kinda cracked bent and broken . Just embarrassing to drive . You'll also find out they don't have Volvo or petes like your recruiter told you no all freaightliners and a very small handful of Pete's no Volvos at all .Ashley distribution has Volvos.NOT apw Then all your checks and apps say Wilson logistics not Ashley. Turns out you need to apply to Ashley distribution which is a separate company if you want to work for Ashley. So it's all this big trick and game in the end and you won't realize it until the end of orientation.
Pros
They definitely show you what not to look for in a trucking company
Cons
Exactly what they are cons they will con you . They're very good at the lying and cheating you.

There is little to no communication with dispatch. They don’t have a clue whether a load is d&h or live. At times it was my fault roads were closed and I couldn’t deliver on time. There is no clear chain of command and the higher ups don’t seem to care anyway. Maintenance is minimal, if they can get away with it, basically they will bandaid it for now and then pay more for a road call later. Miles swing wildly from week to week, lots of brokered loads as they appear to not have enough contracted loads for the drivers they have.
Pros
Not much good but they seem to get you home on time, usually
Cons
Dispatch doesn’t care and won’t respond to QC or phone, no known chain of command minimal maintenance
