I work on the stone side which seems to be where the money is. It pays percentage but requires a lot from you physically. They remain pretty easy to talk to though the owner really seems to want to turn it corporate. Flatbed/stone mostly runs out of the Barre office. Most weeks will see you taking one or two rounds of stone to up to 14 stops. Almost exclusively Sunday to Friday with Saturday off which is why home time isn't 5 stars.

steady work availability. new equipment all around. minimal waiting around compared to other companies I have worked for. everyone in the shops and office are team players. the owners go out of their way to talk to you and know your name and make sure you are getting the information you need
