If you are a driver and can legally run your ELD this is not a place for you. My resets are usually 48 plus hrs. I have between 12-20 hrs a week remaining on my clock. 40-62 unused work hrs a month. Dispatch is paid % of what the truck makes . So they wait for the last min to book the loads to get the maximum amount paid to the truck. So if you do not have a load on Friday you will not get one till late Monday.
Pros
The office people are very friendly . Then every large company that does not need labor board auditing them for to many employee complaints.
Cons
You will not make any better money or be treated any better here . No matter what the recruiter tells you before you are hired.

Took 5 1/2 hrs to get authorization to get a tire changed . 2 1/2 hrs was me calling breakdown just to tell them I needed a repair . Then was ask why it was going to take 4 hrs till loves could get it done . Then a 1/2 hr to get the bill payed . I started calling breakdown at 05:30 . 30 min before Loves opened . Took a total of 10 hrs . Call for info on load weight was given unhelpful information and was told to rescale after ea suggestion . Ended up having to work 14 hours and was up for 27 hours so I could make money.. their night. Dispatch has a hard time understanding English and is really not helpful at all.
Pros
Have not found any yet .

Terrible company. Your DM is in another country, they expect you to pick up hazmat loads with 30 minutes of driving left. They will blow up your phone, bully and harass you for following FMCSA rules. Stay away from them unless you want to stay empty all day and get dispatched in the dead of night. Awful people with junk loads. Look harder for a job before you come here.

Benefit trucking cares about its employees and has been a great company to start my career. I drive 2021 Pete 579 68 mph on the pedal, usually 2-3 days at home after 2 weeks out. My manager is a great guy and the rest of the drivers couldn’t be a cooler group of people. Benefit rocks!!!
Pros
No-touch freight & new Pete
Cons
I wish I could go to the western states more often.
