Worst company ever micromanagement low pay, good runs giving to new less payed driver ,equipment total junk always sitting for hours to get repairs the terminal in Rossville Ga is a joke the terminal manager is a former US Express company man .You have a dispatch supervisor that has never been in any part of trucking making life changing decisions, an they cut your runs to make new drivers happy honestly if your looking at this company there turn over rate is about125% I was there three years kissing there buts an being lied to on a daily , They claim Greer makes all the planning decisions but another lie just a total unprofessional outfit I honestly don't even know if the owners know how bad it is being ran by those uneducated people in Greer an Rossville

Exactly what everyone else has said. Poor management, dispatch, equipment...... Safety has removed sun visors because they block the top of the inward facing cameras. This place gets worse every. I wouldn't recommend working here. Micromanaging is awful. Benefits are not all that great. Poor management and the owner does not seem to care.

Pros

Home time because of either no loads are they give them out to new drivers or outside carriers

Cons

Too much to list Equipment and Maintenance Dispatchers and Managers

Regardless what shift you'll be touching a weekend which is fair. I didn't really have a complaint until I was fired for hitting a tree that fell in front of my truck in the middle of a tornado on a 2 lane hwy surrounded by trees. Even while weighing over 70000 lbs I manged to stop the truck and only damaged one head light with a couple cracks in the hood. Regardless I was moving around 20 to 25 and hazards going. Over 7 years of driving with no accident or ticket violations and because my sun visor was blocking the inward facing camera was let go. Best part is when attempting to reach out to saftey and dispatch no answer due to them being locked down safe a tight in a storm shelter while leaving phones in the offices. Way to watch out for your drivers.

Pros

Dispatch was great.

Cons

Just lucky we're in a fire at will state ????
