Management is the problem….specifically the owners. They are not leaders and should let those who are professionals show them how it is done.

Pros

Can’t think of any.

Cons

Toxic to their employees

Only about 1/3 of the fleet is new. Those trucks are on selected runs. 2/3 of the fleet worn out.

Pros

Drop & hook no touch

Cons

Split days off. Benore doesn’t care about the drivers at all they only care about themselves. They won’t allow you to take your vacation most of the time and they won’t allow you to cash it out either. They want you to cash it out during the shut down a Christmas or July. You can’t plan your vacation Benore planned it for you. Benore also violates CDC policies and rules about Covid. When a driver has Covid Benore doesn’t inform the other drivers that they’ve been exposed to it.

This company is very toxic to your health. Equipment is poorand unsafe. Front steering is so out of alignment that you fight to keep the truck in your own lane. I have one suggestion to anyone that is thinking of applying, Don't , Run Away. Worst place I've ever worked in 40 years of driving.

Pros

Absolutely no Pros Only pro is that I don't work tbere any more!

Cons

Treated like a slave worker

Poor management Only enforce company policy when they are looking for a reason to get rid of employee If your a terrible employee your job is safe If you follow dot and company printed policy you wont last Benore say they follow rules but will in a non polite way want you to break them when it benefits them Example you go out on your run the truck breaks down your stuck waiting on a tow or repair and run out of hours a 20hr day and dispatch tells you when you finally get back to yard your run starts in a few couple of hours are you gonna wait in your vehicle or gonna get something to eat before you start If you get injured they'll find a reason to fire you with some made up excuse and try to stop you from getting employed by another trucking company

Pros

Home every day is a pro

Cons

Poor management and maintained program
