Been running with this lease-to-own company for a bit now and I’m really happy with how things are going. The trucks are brand new and super well maintained, which makes life on the road a lot easier. The lease program is simple and transparent, no hidden stuff. Dispatch has your back and keeps you moving with steady loads, and the pay is solid. If you’re trying to work your way into owning your own truck, this is a great spot! Highly recomend

Flat out driver beware this is the biggest theft company u will find they find ways to constantly take money from u refuse u to go home and when u do leave u with a zero balance so u have to quickly come back out even tho u give them several weeks notice u have something going on they seem to not have a load going your way and if u force it they always tell u that u must bring the truck to the yard and find your own way back home then to the truck again on your expense so u miss what u had to do and tell u you will receive your money when u return but leave u with a 200 check after a 9000 gross a week this place is a flat out joke period yes I said it they ask what’s the pros only the bullshit they suck u in with that u will never see no fuel insensitive no sign on bonus it’s all words to get u to come work for Floyd slash super ego it’s clearly marked and not to mention DOT they only need u American drivers to keep there doors open to keep stealing from everyone yes I said it so if u don’t take mine and every other drivers word for what we have experienced then I guess u will also find out the hard way this company is basically here to keep taking from the hard working American truck drivers but hay if u want your logs manipulated so u can run harder for more money for them to steal then this is the perfect place for u submit 10 apps but if u have any self respect for u and your family you would apply else where even DOT would agree with this one from what was discussed with me at a weigh scale the pros ???????? when u find one please by all means let me know and just the final thought I wouldn’t pay attention to the positive reviews those are dummy text from ppl in office to draw u in listen to the real professionals here the drivers who just killed them selves for these crooks and been told u get nothing

Do not believe the five star reviews that they're obviously writing. This is the worst company I've ever worked for. They'll run you over 3000 miles and you'll take home less than 800, they rob you. And they're super friendly polite while they do it. Anybody thathas worked for them will tell you the same thing.
