micromanaged to the max. Repetitive texts harassing you every step of the way. Constant gps tracking and grief. Was making 400-600 dollars a week. A good week was 800-1000 but that was once every 6 weeks you would get that 8-1000 check. Typical checks ranged from 400-700 on the high. 650 was average for 14-17 hour days 7 days a week. Loads paid 80-130 per day on a 1099.

I feel bad for all new people who come here. Don't say you wasn't warned. Wage theft and fraudulently reported Made more than paid

This is by far the worst, unreliable, unorganized,unpredictable trucking company you ever want to come across and work for. The only reason I went to work for this company was because there is no hiring process, no training required and pretty you got the job bc they're that money hungry and don't give a dam about driver safety, or truck regulations. Leaving this company is like having weight lifted off your shoulders knowing you can do way better elsewhere. They steal money from you, they lie about having work when your just wondering if your even going to work today or not. Everything come right from the load board. They've lost tons of contracts, lost good drivers over time bc of "Hem" the owners attitude which is like dealing with a toddler. It's just further much to say other than stay the #### away from Bhatt Transportation or you'll just be looking for a quick job just to leave quicker than you came. And another thing they will rewrite their own fake reviews on your business page to try and get their ratings up again so no one will believe them so they can stay out the light.

interesting to see this because i was just fired too myself. I was going to quit anyways. Owner fired me because he confronted me about quitting. he had a recording device on truck that he hid. It live feeds to their computer. they hide the device in dashboard near steering wheel. i been here only 4 months and have been paid about 6-800 a week average. 700 and some change was average for me. then you owe taxes on that 700 bucks so its more like 500 bucks a week for like 90-120 hrs. they make you work from 3am to 11pm daily so your HOS is more like 90-120 hours a week for 500 bucks after taxes on a 1099. that's like 25 cents a hour to 2 bucks a hour without time in a half. i was only able to feed myself and my wife on the truck and pay for dog food and phone bills and then we was back to just few dollars in our bank account. This is also the worst company ive ever worked for. The owner does drugs. Avoid this place. He doesnt just fire you. He surprises people by having DFW police waiting for you at yard. Civil Standby is what its called. He runs people through his seats weekly like toilet paper

They live on the GPS tracker if you miss a turn they will instantly call you. They monitor the reefer fuel and Reefer temp being the ones to remind you about everything non stop. Your responsible to pay Damages and late fees. They will knock you weekly for 3-500 dollars out your pay for latefees damages to freight or tires. Everything is somehow your fault. They are not nice. They argue and give you attitude all day. They are very miserable people. They don't ever say thanks or hi how are you. They just yell at you and treat you like a dog. They force you to work 17-20 hours a day local/regional. Local isn't even local because you sleep in the truck locally daily. Yet.... They don't allow drivers to sleep in truck at the yard because they don't want their trucks being used like hotels or apartments it's exactly how he says it. He even insulted me saying I was using him for a meal ticket. The money you make here is enough for food money alone. You will be stuck here trapped if you don't have friends or family to get you out of his web control. He expects you to live in truck locally around DFW overnight pick ups and deliveries but then expects you to fetch a hotel or go home when your truck comes to yard. Your not allow to idle here. They constantly harass you about paying late fees damages and they will even threaten to fire you and call police on you to wake you up for welfare check if you don't want to follow instructions. Don't fall for thier Lie tactics to get you to come work here. My first 2 checks was 1400 and they bragged that they pay good. I used to make 1800-3000 week everywhere else. This company paid me 2 checks of 1400 my first 2 weeks and bragged about me making good money. I 3rd week till next 6 months I made 600-800 bucks 1099 for 17-20 hour days 7 days a week around the clock = 120hrs + For less than 800 bucks on a 1099. They only want people who are hungry for money. Primarily homeless people in hardship is who they target. Yet they don't allow you to sleep or live in truck at yard. No rider policy. They fired 2 people in Feb of 2025 for having their wives with them ride. They run you till you loose your home and end up homeless then run your wife off truck. They ignore your texts and calls about personal stuff and Use CAPS and DEMAND obedience from you. They are on a serious power trip like foreigner typically are to woman. They call the police on driver's Weekly or every 2 weeks because the drivers they fire they steal from. I'm always seeing drivers get fired and drama break out. They can't keep seats full. They have 2 role model drivers they use and treat kind to brainwash all the new drivers. These people are con artist. I only stayed here this long because I ended up homeless cause I couldn't pay my bills at 600 bucks a week on a 1099. This is by far the worst company I've worked for out of the 20 trucking companies I been at in last 15 years of driving. They don't have money in their bank. It's 1000% confirmed they operate bol by bol once broker pays then they can send cash advance. They run operations on a fine financial line. He has a dedicated lane with romark that he gets because he takes bottom dollar to get work. Yet he definitely fixes his trucks on time that's a plus. I would avoid this company even if your homeless and desperate. It's better to be under a bridge then be working here. To give you a example. Your paid 110 dollars a day next day is 130 next day is 160 next day is 135... It which fluctuates. You can earn 1000 week and only be paid 600. You can make 800 and only get 450. Your can earn 1600 a week and only be paid 1100. You can make 500 and be paid 250. He steals 3-400 or 25%-35% from your check weekly. You won't get paycheck stubs here. 6 months and never seen a paycheck stub. You gotta be desperate nothing to live for any more to work here or just be slow or something. Don't work here. Save your the headache that will end up driving you to insanity here. You will end up being arrested like most who come here or kicked off the property. I see it weekly monthly here. Beware!
