Good equipment very well maintained very nice people and a professional atmosphere and you can work how you want to work and I'm talking from a lease driver perspective at 88% Revenue, and my understanding is that company drivers make 30%.

Cons

The trucks are in great condition and run really well and their mechanics are spot on. The only thing I could say is I wish there were a little more features in these trucks but otherwise I am very happy and very glad to be a part of this company. Everyone in the office are fantastic people and will do their level best to help every situation.

When my truck went down, they gave me a loaner truck, so I could continue to make money some companies, oh, you're done, you have nothing to drive being a lease purchase operator that they really care about their drivers and they will work with you on everything to repair the towing to everything. Dispatchers, listen to me if I have a prom, I can talk call them and talk to them. We work on a problem to resolve it if I have to get home in an emergency, they get me there.
