After a few months with this company, I completely understand why drivers end up abandoning trucks.
The orientation is a joke. About two hours of basic talk, around 45 minutes of “securement training,” and then they hand you the keys to a “new-to-you” truck with 400k+ miles and send you down the road.
If you have any sense, inspect that truck before you leave the yard. Because the moment you pull off their lot, that truck becomes your responsibility and your problem, no matter what’s wrong with it.
They recently rolled out a program where they cover expenses and promise a guaranteed salary ($500–3500). Sounds good on paper, and it might attract drivers who want stability, but make sure you read every detail before getting excited about “guaranteed” anything.
Dispatchers during the week are generally friendly when you can get through Monday–Friday. But weekends? Good luck. Calls often go unanswered, and messages sent through WhatsApp disappear after 24 hours. So if you were waiting on something important, chances are nobody ever even saw it.
Support is another story entirely. If you need something done, expect delays and be ready to stay on top of it yourself. Nothing moves unless you push it.
Another thing new drivers find out quickly is that some “great loads” dispatch talks about never materialize because certain brokers simply don’t work with Billor. It’s frustrating when you’re counting on something that turns out to be unavailable.
The biggest issue is the hiring approach. Experience and professionalism don’t seem to matter much. If you show up to orientation, sign the paperwork, and can hold a steering wheel, you’re rolling out. Flatbed is not something everyone should be doing, but that doesn’t seem to slow the hiring down.
And if a driver quits or abandons a truck? No problem. There are 10+ more drivers coming out of orientation ready to fill the seat.
Bottom line:
Do your homework.
Inspect the truck like your livelihood depends on it—because it does.
And don’t get blinded by promises of fast money.
Some drivers may make it work here, but go in with your eyes wide open.
Pros
Trucks governed at 75 mph.
Cons
The company is Brazilian owned headquarters from a PO Box in America.
Don’t expect sympathy from your Brazilian dispatchers when your check is Zero and you made $2k last week.
Support is exhausting to deal with.

I had the opportunity to work with Roderick as my on my orientation day and I consistently appreciate their leadership and professionalism. He creates a supportive work environment where team members feel respected and motivated to do his best. Communication is always clear, and he takes the time to ensure everyone understands expectations and goals.
He leads by example, demonstrating a strong work ethic, fairness, and a willingness to help whenever needed. I also value how approachable he is—questions and concerns are always taken seriously, and he actively encourage teamwork and growth within the team.
Overall, he is dependable and positive leader who contributes greatly to both the productivity and morale of the workplace.
Derek was an excellent trainer during my orientation. He was professional, knowledgeable, and made the training process clear and easy to follow. He took the time to explain expectations, answer questions, and ensure I felt confident moving forward.
What stood out most was his patience and positive attitude. Derek created a supportive learning environment and led by example with a strong work ethic and professionalism. I truly appreciated the effort he put into making sure I understood everything.
Overall, Derek is a great trainer and a valuable asset to the team.
