Run away from this company. Do NOT work for them. The first week I drove for them, my check looked good. After that, the more I worked, the smaller and smaller my checks became. One week I grossed over $10,000, and my net pay was barely $2,000. They pile on outrageous expenses. Dispatchers look out for themselves, not the drivers. They lure you in with long-haul loads that appear to pay a couple thousand dollars, but after fuel costs and their broker fees, the driver can actually end up owing the company money. I literally had weeks where I was paying them just to work for them—absolute nonsense. They tell you that if you stay out for 4 weeks, then on the 5th week you can go home and they’ll cover your expenses. That is misleading. They had the entire month to plan my load home, but instead kept sending me in the opposite direction of where I live, claiming those were the “only loads available.” One option they gave me required nearly 2,000 miles of deadhead just to get home. Then, at the last minute, they added new conditions they never disclosed before: I was told I would not get paid unless I put my truck into the shop by the next day for inspection before my time off. Because of that, they refused to pay my expenses or my time out. When loads fall apart, you’re lucky if you don’t come out owing them money. I also broke down one day and called for roadside assistance. They asked where I was, and after that—nothing. No follow-up. No help. I ended up calling an Uber, buying the part myself, and fixing the truck on the side of the road. Thankfully it was just a hose, but that should never have been on me. Another serious issue: they removed personal conveyance without notifying drivers. They email about everything else, but somehow forgot to tell us this. I was stuck in traffic thinking I still had PC to get to a safe location. Instead, I was forced to shut down and sleep on the side of a busy highway because of their lack of communication. I had only been with this company one month when I turned the truck in for inspection during my break. I took it to a Freightliner shop near my home—no affiliation with this company. They told me the brakes and rotors needed replacement, and the damage clearly had not occurred in one month. It was long-term neglect. This tells me they do not properly inspect their trucks before assigning them to drivers. This is extremely concerning because I was driving through steep mountain areas, bad weather, and dangerous conditions with faulty brakes—completely unsafe. I strongly believe this company operates unethically and puts drivers at financial and physical risk. Run from this company. I am seriously considering a class action lawsuit. If anyone else has experienced similar issues, you are not alone.

Please don't make the same mistake I didn't, avoid this place at all cost. You will get lured in with the first two pays and after that, you will not get a pay. I have been without a pay for 2 months, I'm done. It's the same song and dance every week promises the world while everyone in Brazil gets fat pockets and the American people that work here get screwed over. Don't challenge them about the loads even if you see for yourself that they are skimming loads and keeping 500 off the top and giving you the bare minimum. I question that and they refused to book me loads.

RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. 1ST check will be good but everyone after that will have you in the negative. Even weeks with no pay BUT YOU RUN CRAZY MILES. Dispatcher look put for selves. Put you on a load that you will have to sit on till following week causing you to not get a paycheck. Support never responds in timely manner. Started out with PC, then they took it away with out warning or explanation. Sorry communication!!!
