After reading all the reviews and after my own experiences I decided to notify the DOT of their questionable practices. If more drivers did the same maybe they'd start an investigation. Something is definitely not right here. In fact, I'd say something is very very wrong. B&L must stand for b*llshit and lies.

Nothing

They have retaliation practice again their driver, and will shut the truck off and tell their driver to get home the best way they can. Horrible company to work for. Be very careful....

Pros

None

Cons

They leave their drivers stuck with no way home. Don't give them a two week notice they will fire you the day you put in your notice. Evil people.

For some reason they don't seem to appreciate it when their employees are actually reliable & communicate with the company in order for production to continue. Which means the company in its self is unreliable and unprofessional. The BBB should really take a look at the company and investigate the issues with in. Workers not being treated fairly is important not only to consumers utilizing this company, but to America as a whole as our way of life is supported by our working class, & the working class needs jobs to survive. Large corporations putting a boot in the working classes necks has to end. Treat employees fairly, it's not an option, it's a necessity.

Pros

None this is a terrible company

Cons

They treat their employees horribly
