We are not, and would never, "shave margins" off the top or falsify rate confirmations (RateCons). Furthermore, withholding payment is a "bad business practice" that we are not doing. Operating a business that is transparent isn't just a courtesy, it's a legal requirement. We keep a record of ALL loads that we run, and we would be happy to share those with you so that you can gain a better understanding of the discrepancy that we are only now just hearing about. Drivers are paid a percentage of what we book the load for and we have actual proof of this. This review should be taken as false, as we have legal proof to dispute this.
