This was a good company with great people that treated you like and a person, not a “number”. The money was really good and consistent (trouble I had with other companies). I only left because I moved back to Atlanta and went into business with my family. I got my escrow back when I left so all is gud.

Pros

Steady & consistent money.

Cons

No Atlanta loads lol

Thank you so much for that feedback. It means a lot to hear, especially the part about feeling like a person and not just a number—that's a testament to the culture we represent! We’ll really miss having you here, but excited for your new chapter with your family in Atlanta. It sounds like an amazing opportunity. Good luck with the new business venture!

Response from Blue Lightning Logistics

That's fantastic to hear! We love getting feedback like this, especially since you were initially hesitant (we're glad you saw past the reviews and gave us a shot!). It really shows that an owner-operator who is ready to run can thrive here. We appreciate you sharing your experience about the dedicated freight and being kept moving and making good money—that's exactly what we aim for! Every driver's experience is unique, and a willingness to work is key!

The take home pay that they advertise is a absolute lie. You'll be lucky to bring home 1200 and that with running from Houston to Phoenix. The recruiter Eric will show you drivers settlements, but don't believe what you see. The owner Eran gets the load for the dispatcher to assign. So he makes sure the company truck stay on a load, but even the company guys are quitting. My advice don't risk it You'll most definitely be broke hear. Don't believe the take home advertisement.

Pros

None at all, this company should not exist.

Cons

There's alot to choose from, lack of descent pay, subpar pay. Disgraceful pay.

Response from Blue Lightning Logistics

Thank you for sharing your feedback, though we are sorry to hear you had such a negative experience. Driver compensation is a priority for us, and we are committed to transparently presenting what drivers can earn. We would love to discuss with you our advertised pay structures and the specific settlements that you received and where the difference occured. We use real-world driver earnings to show what you as a driver can make. Your individual restrictions could have possibly affected the amount you earned. We would love to discuss the specifics of your settlements and experience--please contact us at your convenience.
