dispatchers like to retaliate towards drivers; scheduling is all over the place, low pay long hours, nice trucks no slip seating good equipment, and mechanics. they fuel trucks. dispatchers have less then good attitude.

Pros

good equipment

Cons

poor management, and pay

I did a trip for this company to new jersey over a month ago. Never got paid, they keep giving me the run around, saying the company was sold. I'm an owner operator, and shouldn't have to deal with this. I can't get anyone on the phone. It's ridiculous. Do not haul for them. I use a factoring company, and they are a no buy with OTR for non payment. It's bad enough they short us on the rates. Now idiots just won't pay us. Lesniak Transport MC1274029.

Pros

Won't pay. Don't haul for them.

Cons

Stiffed me out of 650.00. No buy with factoring companies.

Response from BR Williams Trucking

We’ve triple-checked on our end, and our Accounting Department confirms that this matter has been resolved. That said, we truly regret that your experience with our team was anything less than positive. We appreciate you taking the time to share your concerns, as feedback like yours helps us improve. We deeply value the hard work and dedication of every driver we partner with, and it’s important to us that all payment matters are handled promptly and professionally. Your situation does not reflect the standard we strive for, and we sincerely apologize for the frustration it caused. - The BRW Team

I like driving good equipment that is well maintained , the safety program is very helpful, the family atmosphere is maintained, everyone is always ready to help when you have a problem.

Pros

It has been a very good experience overall, a good maintenance program, very good equipment, good pay and great people to work with in the office and in the field. Very family friendly.

Cons

Some trucks have been smoked in. I understand for I have been a smoker also. This makes for a bad day when you drive behind a smoker.
