No vacation pay No breakdown pay No layover pay Strictly commission pay of 25% of the gross load.. Ops mgr never answers his phone or returns calls. I'm looking to jump ship any day soon.

Pros

Equipment is about the only thing I like here.

Cons

Health benefits suck. No vacation pay, no layover pay, no breakdown pay, high deadhead miles you don't get paid for. Pay is based on 25% commission. No holiday pay, no pto.

Operations manager is well over his head. No experience driving trucks. Don't know how to talk to drivers. Over half the time can't even get ahold of the man. LONG DEADHEADS NO PAY NO ADVANCES SITTING LONG DAYS WITHOUT A LOAD NO VACATION PAY NO LAYOVER PAY NO BREAKDOWN PAY NO RAISES HEALTH INSURANCE SUCKS

Nice equipment (my kids don't eat trucks. Can't feed a family with just nice equipment)
