I Experienced Low Weekly Mileage And Excessive Down Time. . Qualified For Detention/Breakdown Pay. Never Received Detention Pay And Partial Payment For Breakdown

RUN FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! THEY LIE AND STEAL FROM THE DRIVERS , JIP YOU ON MILES AND PAY WORTH A CRAP TO BEGIN WITH, DISPATCHERS ARE A JOKE AND DON'T CARE WHETHER YOU MAKE MONEY OR NOT BECAUSE THEY GET A PAYCHECK EVERYWEEK NO MATTER WHAT, THEY WILL LEAVE YOU SITTING ON THE SIDE OF THE ROAD BROKE DOWN WITH NO HEAT OR A/C , EQUIPMENT IS JUNK , MANAGEMENT COULD CARE LESS ABOUT YOU BECAUSE TO THEM YOU ARE ALWAYS REPLACEABLE, THE SAFETY DIRECTOR IS NOTHING BUT A LIAR AND AN IDIOT PRETTY SURE HE KNOWS NOTHING ABOUT SAFETY THAT WHOLE BUILDING IS FILLED WITH A BUNCH OF USELESS INVIDIDUALS WHO KNOW NOTHING ABOUT TRUCKING... DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DON'T WORK HERE ESPECIALLY IF YOU WANT TO MAKE A LIVING AND PROVIDE FOR YOURSELF AND YOUR FAMILY

Before Bynum Transport took over the transportation for the company I was employed at for 15 years I had been in trucking for 32 years and in all of those years I concluded that Bynum Transport was THE worst company that I had ever worked for. It took just 10 months with Bynum Transport for management go terminate me because I would not submit to the questionable way that they do business. I do not recommend any driver even consider working there unless you want to be treated like yesterday's trash.

Bynum inherited a group of drivers,many with over 20 years of loyalty to the previous company and in less than one year due to poor treatment of those drivers had lost nearly all of them. Avoid this company at all costs!!

Do not work for this company. They lie every chance they get. Their list of things they give their drivers is a list of lies. Yea, they pay retention. However, they don't tell you you have to be held up for 4 hours before you get paid $15 for 2 hrs. The 1st 2 are on you. If you're only there for 3 hrs., you get nothing. Penny's on the dollar for empty miles. The only time off you get is one week vacation that they pay you $500 before taxes. That's $12.50 an hr. No sick pay. Nothing. No Holiday pay. They either run the drivers ragged or they call them the day of and tell them not to come in, there's no work. They control their pay checks. They try to keep it around $600 a week. And yes, they play favorites.
