C1 Transportation is one of the best companies to work for. They truly care about the drivers needs and work with you to resolve any issue you may face on the road. Equipment is top notch, equipped with everything I need to survive. Justin is great at resolving any issues I have. Safety girls are very friendly, and fleet department is so quick to assist with any truck issues

Pros

equipment, staff, home time and the team overall is so fantastic

Cons

this is just a tough market

I worked there approximately 1.5years. Very good company , all around. I made a great living there. The home time was adequate, as well.

Pros

Good management. Robert was a great dispatcher that ALWAYS kept me loaded with profitable freight. Fleet managers Tudor and Max were always supportive and helpful .. Arson too . All around great experience while working there.

Cons

Some of the other dispatchers that would fill in ,for my assigned dispatcher, seemed to lack experience and proper planning to minimize sitting and waiting on loads. I must say that was very minimal ,when I didn’t have my regularly assigned dispatcher. Only when he took vacation.

One of many worst companies on the road. If you refuse to work illegal, they will give you 500 miles or less a week.

Pros

Is there any? Maybe a place to stay safe for the night.

Cons

This would be summerized in a very thick book of 5000 or more pages long.
