Centerline drivers office personnel get holiday pay. But they don't give the driver's holiday pay. They tell me the customer doesn't pay holiday pay. But the customer does pay its own employees holiday pay. Centerline drivers management doesn't give drivers holiday pay so they can put it in their own pockets. By centerline drivers management not permitting drivers to get holiday pay they probably get the drive around in nice cars and live in nice houses and get the pocket my holiday pay in the form of a bonus. The teamsters Union needs to be brought into the centerline drivers
Pros
I get to drive and earn
Cons
Only office people and people in management get holiday pay. Centerline doesn't pay driver's holiday pay. Management gets to pocket driver's holiday pay.

Unorganized company. They are incompetent and awful to work with. They make constant mistakes on paychecks. They lie about positions to get you in the door.
Pros
They will hire anyone with a pulse
Cons
Worthless benefits, incompetent management, poor communication

I liked being on the mobile team but I found out when a job was done and you come home for a few days because you have been gone for 2-3 months. Management doesn't like that. So there fore your off mobile and the phone tags and games dispatch plays is horrible. You live in one state but are not allowed to communicate with the in state team. Your getting dispatched from someone in another state that is when you can reach someone. I was told i needed a DT. I waited for 3 weeks and multiple phone calls before I got the paperwork.

I applied to work for Centerline Driversway back in February of 2024. I have only been assigned to 2 jobs. If you're a CDL license driver. I'm warning you to not waste any of your time applying to Centerline Drivers. You'll stay broke and outside homeless.
Pros
Could potentially become a decent company if it has daily jobs for the Drivers.

Was with centerline about 20 months. Always a hard worker, never complained and zero accidents etc. Then the day comes where I take a flight from fort Wayne Indiana to Minneapolis saintpaul for 5 week assignment like usual. I drive an hour and a half to the airport where I park my pickup. Gas to airport and parking costs me about 250.00 check my luggage which I never bill them for another 30.00 each way my ticket doesn't show a seat number but says will assign at gate. Get boarded but the flight was over booked so they offered a voucher after no one taking it and knowing the flight was only about 600 miles. I was also in the process of moving to Nevada after this assignment was over. I decided I would save the expense of parking and the voucher would compensate for my time and gas. Nothing different still be there to start in the morning on time. Got a message asking if I made it to the airport and I explained I did and was driving and wasn't charging for my mileage and drive time and we can just keep it the same with 8 hour min. Nothing crazy just a decision I thought made sense. Long and behold it went south. The client would of saved over 500.00 for the flight since I never rebooked. I would of stared on time moved my truck closer to my new home and not have to pay for parking. They acted like I sold my seat when all I did was choose to drive at my expense.
Pros
Pay and week off in-between assignment
Cons
Poor equipment and difficult getting ahold of someone in the mobiledepartment
