Don’t be fooled by our name. We run irregular route, East-West freight with long length of haul in all 48 States and Canada. We hire from all 48 States and offer great home time for an over the road driver.
COTC OTR drivers are routed home every two to three weeks, unless they choose to run. We also offer dedicated and regional runs for those drivers who would like to stay closer to home.

Salary

COTC offers a Truck Driver Weekly Salary Pay program. It has been a huge success and taken the guesswork out of pay – earn a minimum of $1,250 to $2,000 per week with a minimum of $.50 cpm per mile and annual loyalty pay of $.01 to $.03 cpm on every mile dispatched for solo OTR or regional flatbed. We pay $1,250 for the Monday – Monday payroll period that includes orientation, paid out $250 advance with $1,000 gross on the paycheck. COTC drivers will average $71,000 in earnings from the raise and new.

COTC offers nationwide Medical, Dental and Vision benefits with $0 premium costs to you. New in 2019 COTC will offer an option for full benefits with $0 premium cost when you add a spouse or dependents. We also provide a 401K with an employer match of 4% with no vesting period.
