Honestly, CTI was the best trucking company I've ever worked for. I've worked in OTR trucking for over 13 years now and I've only stopped due to a diagnosis of rheumatoid arthritis, specifically in my ankles (good luck, right?). CTI was the most understanding, most lenient on home time (take over 4 weeks, no problem), professional company I've worked for. I had so many issues with health problems, and they stuck by me, even allowing me to come back and make money right away after a 5 week absent due to medical issues. They truly are a great company! But don't apply if you aren't ready to work.

Lots of work, u will sleep 10 and drive 11 pretty much daily. Which is what some truckers want, some don't. This isn't necesarilly a con, but a point

As of March 2025 this company is a pile of $hit. That will probably be sold off in 2yrs or less or just close the doors. Losing money and down to 160 trucks now from 310 5yrs ago.

Don’t trust management! Will sit you a lot and cancel benefits if don’t make miles, even if not your fault!

Dispatch is unreliable for loads. No consistent running. Will not get you out when promised. Not enough miles. I want to run At least 4 days per week and sometimes 6. But when you get layed over it messes with work week.

Dispatch. no out today and home tomorrow if you want to make a check.

Drove for CTI in 2007&2008 out of Kingman. Enjoyed my job, as drove new 379 Peterbilt, and worked with nice people at Terminals. Managers were considerable. They let you do your job! Highly recommend CTI.
