Not always perfect, but communication with each other from customers to operations to driver are the key. Respect and treatment of drivers is what keeps them growing in this market.

It was a good company until they decided to drop driver pay. They have started firing long term higher paid drivers and dropped starting pay rate from.55 to .50 cpm. Office staff quoting without notice. Have to chase them constantly for reimbursements when you’re on the road. Pretty typical, screw the drivers. You never hear about office staff or management taking a pay cut when things are tight. It always the drivers. The people who really make the money. The overall sentiment is the company has grown to now H and H have lost day to day control managers are making decisions that improve the bottom line but the owners aren’t seeing how it’s being done or how it’s affecting morale. It was a real good company but it not looking that way for long now.

Cheema freightlines is a wonderful company for all drivers I've witnessed first hand how the drivers are treated with the upmost respect treated nicely and are understanding when it comes to drivers wanting to be with family for the holidays. Sometimes you won't make it home on time but for the most part you will. Cheema has a drivers lounge at every location for the drivers it has a TV, showers, bathroom, snacks. Everything venture didnt. In the truck you have a desk more storage for clothes and more storage for anything really.

Nice equipment, trucks are new and really well maintained. At .58 cpm you need to run to make a decent check. When I started loads and miles were great, slowed down and when my DM left it was hard to get straight answers. Left for a local gig to start a family.

my recruiter Jeff lied about the milage and I got stuck ruining the I-5. if like running the I-5 and sitting in traffic all the time than this is a great place to work.
