After more then two decades of steel hauling I have to say that this company is by far the absolute worst company I have ever worked for. Their equipment is the worst maintained I have ever seen, the dispatchers were nice but some of the poorest trained I've worked with, and the terminal manager lies to your face just telling you what you want to hear then stabs you in the back. The runs weren't consistent as they advertised, and their loads didn't pay nearly enough to be current with the industry standards. They also agreed to pay me at a percentage consistent with my experience level but every week with the settlement sheet the math averaged out to be far less then they had agreed to. Every time I brought it up they claimed it was a clerical error but never corrected it. Every week equipment broke down or had to be worked on. When I would point out issues that needed to be fixed for safety reasons or DOT compliance they complained about cost of fixing equipment. I was constantly told owners didn't want to spend that kind of money on older equipment. As a company driver they also charged me a weekly cargo securement rental fee. If you're a driver worth his salt then stay far away from this company. Your experience won't be valued. I do not recommend this company to anyone.
