I have been working at CLE for a year + now. Personally, so far I have had nothing but the best experience. Equipment is well maintained, benefits are great and company pays 1/2 of them, i am able to take a vacation and was paid as promised, miles are great. There is not a lot of time to waste, it is a fast paced environment. They will ask you to run your clock. Home time is as promised but you have to manage your clock correctly otherwise you will put yourself behind and will not get home.

A different experience in general than any other company I worked for. How? Communication is open with both maintenance and dispatch, you actually meet your dispatcher day one face to face to eat breakfast and chat what works and what does not work for you. All dispatchers are former drivers. Payroll never skips the beat, benefits are plenty and great, they pay 70% of your medical bill, paid vacation first year, home-time on time and when scheduled.

Good company to work for. Good equipment and great benefits. Company is managed well. Plenty of work if you need it. Home time is agreed on in advance and schedule is spot on most of the time.

The pay is great, but you are expected to work and work hard. The benefits package they recently rolled out is fantastic for a single driver and affordable if you're married. You can easily do well financially, but your reset home will go by quickly if you run regional. Overall the team is great, in house maintenence and recovery and the owners are very hands on and available to drivers if need be.
