Salary
XPO Logistics/Conway offers the following pay to its company drivers:
- Average annual income for solo drivers is $50,617 and for team drivers is $111,410 (per team)
- Newly hired and experienced solo OTR drivers can earn $0.425 per mile. This pay rate includes base pay, safety bonus and a productivity bonus.

XPO/Conway owner/operators earn the following:
- Average annual solo driver 1099 income is $139,608 and average annual team driver 1099 income is $229,801 (per team).
- Solo owner operators will receive a $0.03 per mile bonus on all miles in excess of 11,000 miles driven in a month. Owner operator teams will earn $0.08 per mile on all miles in excess of 18,000 miles driven (cumulatively by the team) in a month.
