Honest review current employee. It’s not a terrible company. They do have fees that I don’t agree with like 150/mo escrow and don’t actually pay exact miles. But they have never held a check from me or not assisted with truck issues when needed. Dispatchers will ask if your trying to get home as long as your a good worker they will work with you.

Warning, very bad company, they give you loads with too much weight and in places that no company wants, when you are with them they give you hours and miles but at the time of payment they are not the miles that you worked and finally they do not return the deposit to you, they always look for some excuse

Do not work for this company as a company driver! You have any problems they fire you leave you stranded and keep your pay checks. They charge 100 dollars a week from your checks for escrow! They are a ship company

Drivers, BEWARE of this company! They use third party leasing to which they're over-charging you for used trucks at or above market value at $4,000 per week including their company fees.

Pros

You can book your own loads if you choose or you can be non-forced dispatched.

Cons

My experience at Connect Express wasn't what I envisioned. The equipment was faulty and used, the money isn't very much when they don't have customer freight and all you have to go on are stingy brokers who don't want to pay fair rates. Some brokerages don't even mess with this company. After only two weeks there, neither do I. They charge way too much per week for used third party equipment and you will have a very hard time earning a living at this company. Drivers you have been advised.
